WAIT TIME
Noble Coach provides complimentary airport waiting time for:
* domestic - 30 minutes
* international - 45 minutes
* Train and bus stations waiting time starts 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time.
* Waiting charges start 10 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
Cancellations
* A cancellation fee will equal to:
* %25 of the trip cost will be charged for any cancellation
8 hours before scheduled pick-up time.
* %50 of the trip cost 4 hours before scheduled pick-up time.
* within 4 hours - will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the trip.
If you can not locate your vehicle you must call us imediatly at 617-567-3000.
HOLIDAYS
* A $25.00 fee will be added for any service scheduled on the following holidays:
July 4th * Easter Sunday * Memorial Day * Thanksgiving
Christmas Day/ Eve * New Years Day/ Eve
NO SHOW
* A no show fee will equal the trip cost plus all fees.
* There is a $25 surcharge for a SUV.
* A 20% service charge will be added to all base rates.
* Local stops enroute are billed at $10.00 per stop.
*Additional stops that are not enroute or in other towns are billed at $25.00 per stop.
LIABILITY
* Noble Coach shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions, breakdowns.
* Noble coach assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, or any personal belonging or itmes left in any vehicle.
* Noble coach does not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in Noble Coach vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state laws.
